Why are you requesting additional patrol? Please provide as much information as possible: Between June 6 and June 9, 2025, I have reported multiple safety and security breaches as an enrolled participant in the City of San Diego Safe Parking Program, stationed near TownePlace Suites by Marriott (San Diego Airport area). During this time:

• I reported to Director Jesse, on-site security staff, and program leadership that my vehicle was unlawfully entered while I was asleep.
• I experienced physical signs of possible assault, including unexplained residue and discomfort, and both of my phones were damaged overnight.
• This incident follows a disturbing pattern of multiple vehicle break-ins occurring daily at this site over the past three to four days.

As of this morning (June 9, 2025), I remain concerned for my personal safety and am therefore formally requesting an immediate contacted security Jewish Family Services (JFS) or another designated partner.

I have informed all relevant staff on-site and continue to cooperate in good faith as a partner with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's "If You See Something, Say Something ®" campaign and BSIS Inc.

This request is made in the interest of safety, transparency, and dignity, and should not result in any form of retaliation or expulsion.

Anything else officers should know about this request? Ongoing Security Issues at Safe Parking Program Site:

• Gate breaches have been identified on the premises - multiple holes in the fencing are allowing unauthorized individuals to walk onto the lot at night.
• Unregulated foot traffic continues to occur between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM, raising safety risks for all participants and vehicles on-site.

Surveillance Request: I respectfully request that you coordinate with security teams at:

1. San Diego International Airport - which has cameras overlooking the Safe Parking area,
2. TownePlace Suites by Marriott (San Diego Airport) - which also has exterior cameras pointed toward the shared perimeter of the parking lot.
