I am writing to formally request the preservation and potential release of surveillance footage recorded by your system located on or near the Jewish Family Services Safe Parking Program site in San Diego, CA.

• Date range for footage: June 3 through July 10, 2025
• Location: Jewish Family Services Safe Parking Program, San Diego, California
• Type of incident: Ongoing break-ins, assaults, and other reported criminal or unsafe activity during the specified time frame
• Purpose: This request is part of an active complaint and investigation being pursued with local and federal authorities.
