Pricing Strategy


At Vs1collections, we will strategically work out a pricing system that will ascertain profitability without compromising quality and customer return. Factors to be considered in pricing our products will be the type of materials (appearl, etc.) used, cost of goods, the production time taken, and the range base of the design. Our product price range will model the current industry standard for luxury customers. We will ensure and strive to offer our products at comfortable and competitive prices continually. We will never compromise the quality and standard of our products, services, and business brand to ascertain affordability.

Exit Strategy


The founder and owner of Vs1collections, Joseph J Razor Sr., has made thorough research and good plans before venturing into the apparel market and has the intention to launch and grow Vs1collections for many years into the future. But in some situations, there can be poor sales and economic recession in the whole market which can cause a sudden fall of a company. In such a situation, we have planned solutions and approaches against possible problems and difficulties that might arise in the market.


Of those plans are:


Restart – Investigate the initial failure, re-strategize, and preparedly venture into the business again.

Merger and Acquisition – In the long-term, we will position Vs1collections as a profitable company that will be an appealing acquisition for any number of retail chains.

Financial Institutions – Seeking aid from a bank by taking loans to remold the company if there seems to be an economic and/or financial problem.

Liquidation – If there seems to be no effective approach to any problem that might arise, Joseph will go further by selling out the company to avoid trading on debt.
