In a time when long-term funding for homelessness and public wellness is on the decline, VS1COLLECTIONS is taking bold action. Backed by our partnership with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, we are proud to unveil our $6 Billion Master Plan—rooted in San Diego and designed to scale nationwide.

Why Now?

In 2021–22, California allocated $7.2 billion to homelessness-related services—but most of that funding was one-time. By 2024–25, ongoing funding will drop to just $213 million.

This leaves communities, especially vulnerable populations, at risk.

We believe it’s time to act boldly and locally—with solutions that are scalable and people-centered.

Everyone deserves access to affordable, nutritious meals. Our model ensures food justice is no longer a luxury—it’s a right.

• Clean Access Hot Shower System

Mobile, COVID-ready showers for those without access to basic hygiene—ensuring dignity and disease prevention.

Accessible platforms for expression, education, faith, and celebration—restoring culture, voice, and unity to our neighborhoods.
